Printing Inks for Flexo Printing Machine

Characteristic

1. Green and Eco passed, less smell, colorful good tinting, anti-wash, anti-rub, anti-color fading.

2. Can be used for all kinds of label fabric, like nylon taffeta, polyester satin, polyester taffeta, acetate taffeta, etc.

 

Physical

Need adjust hearter temperature as per anilox roll size, and keep printing speed normal, so inks can more fast to drying.

 

Color Matching System

Can not be used with other brand inks.

 

Method of Using

1. Before using, mix 10 min., add 10% reducing medium.

2. If have special color fastness request, can add 5%-10% curing agent.

3. After printing need oven to dry, satin around 125 degree, 3-4 hours. taffeta, under 95 degree, 3-4 hours, can catch wash ability grade 4-5.
